Your BiowavePRO display looks dim…

If your BiowavePRO LCD display looks dim or completely blue or completely white, you may just need to adjust the contrast.

First, the contrast can only be changed during charging while there normally would be a large battery symbol on the display, or while the unit and electrodes are connected to a patient (so the display would read 0.0%).

The contrast CANNOT be adjusted if an error condition is showing like:

CABLE–>UNIT (cable is not plugged into the unit)

PADS–>CABLE (pads are not plugged into the cable)

PADS–>BODY (pads are not attached to the patient)

To adjust the contrast:

Hold down the OK button and while holding it down press the PLUS button 10 to 20 times ​to lighten, or the MINUS button 10 to 20 times ​to darken the contrast of the LCD screen.

If this does not fix the appearance of the display contact us at 1-877-BIOWAVE x2 to arrange for a repair service.
