Biowave's BiowavePRO^® neuromodulation pain therapy system is used by the athletic trainers of 20 NFL teams, 11 Major League Baseball teams, and by numerous NBA, NHL, AHL and major college and university sports medicine and athletic training departments. Additionally, more than 80 professional athletes have purchased their own BiowavePRO system as a result of the positive response they received from use of the device in their team's training room.

BiowavePRO is also used by physicians and other healthcare providers in the U.S. military, Veterans Administration, and in pain, spine, physical therapy and occupational therapy clinics.

Homewave^® is used by patients at home on an as-needed basis to manage their pain and improve their quality of life typically following successful BiowavePRO therapy in a physician's office, clinic, or hospital.
