May 31, 2008 Biowave began selling its Sportswave System into Major League Baseball on March 1, 2008. New customers include the St. Louis Cardinals, New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins and Tampa Bay Rays.

February 1, 2008 Biowave Receives New Homewave FDA Marketing Clearance

Biowave received a new FDA 510(k) marketing clearance for Homewave with a product code that allows patients to obtain reimbursement for the Homewave device under existing reimbursement codes. Homewave units are available for immediate shipment.

As reported in the January 2008 issue of Men’s Fitness Magazine, Kellen Winslow on the Cleveland Browns uses Sportswave® everyday as part of his exercise and fitness routine. The magazine stated, …“Winslow has an extensive routine he does on top of all his regular NFL responsibilities. The Sportswave System is comprised of a Deepwave Neuromodulation Pain Therapy Device and Sportswave non-invasive electrodes. The Sportswave System is a pain therapy system that blocks pain and improves function electronically and non-invasively and is designed for use in sports, athletic training and physical therapy settings.
